PARKADE COATING

Our parkade and traffic coating systems are designed for parking structures, ramps, traffic decks, and other high-traffic concrete surfaces. Concrete is mechanically prepared using shot blasting, to create the proper surface profile for superior adhesion and long-term performance.

Flexible waterproofing membranes are combined with aromatic or aliphatic wear courses, selected based on traffic demands and exposure conditions. Slip-resistant aggregate is broadcast into the system to improve traction, increase durability, and create a seamless surface capable of resisting abrasion, impact, chemicals, and everyday wear while accommodating normal structural movement.
BALCONY COATINGS
Our balcony coating systems provide a durable, flexible, and attractive finish for residential and commercial balconies, walkways, and exterior decks. Following surface preparation, a waterproofing membrane and aliphatic wear course are installed to create a seamless protective surface. A light aggregate broadcast enhances slip resistance while maintaining a comfortable walking surface, resulting in a durable, low-maintenance finish built for exterior applications.
