All parkade surfaces are mechanically prepared using a shotblaster, ensuring superior adhesion and long-term performance.
Each system consists of a waterproofing polyurethane membrane, a aromatic or aliphatic wear courses depending on traffic demand in area and exposure. This combination delivers exceptional durability, flexibility, and chemical resistance. A broadcast of aggregate is incorporated within the system to create an anti-slip finish, provide additional tire traction and toughness. The result is a seamless, high-strength surface that resists abrasion, impact, chemical and water exposure while maintaining flexibility to accommodate structural movement while protecting your investment. Balcony Coating
Our balcony coating systems are engineered to deliver long-lasting, flexible, and attractive finishes for exterior decks, walkways, and balconies in both residential and commercial settings. All balcony surfaces are mechanically abraded to achieve a clean and properly profiled surface, ensuring maximum adhesion and consistent results.
The system features a urethane waterproofing membrane and an aliphatic wear course. A light aggregate broadcast is included to enhance slip resistance and ensure safe, comfortable footing under various conditions.
