Our parkade and traffic coating systems are designed to protect high-traffic concrete surfaces that are constantly exposed to vehicles, pedestrians, and harsh environmental conditions. Ideal for parking structures, ramps, exterior parking decks, and other demanding applications, these systems provide a durable, seamless, and waterproof barrier that withstands heavy use and weathering. All parkade surfaces are mechanically prepared using a shotblaster, ensuring superior adhesion and long-term performance.

Each system consists of a primer, a waterproofing polyurethane membrane, a urethane-modified epoxy layer, and a high-performance epoxy or polyaspartic topcoat. This combination delivers exceptional durability, flexibility, and chemical resistance. A full broadcast of aggregate is incorporated within the system to create an anti-slip finish and provide additional tire traction. The result is a seamless, high-strength surface that resists abrasion, impact, chemical and water exposure while maintaining flexibility to accommodate structural movement while protecting your investment. Balcony Coating
Our balcony coating systems are engineered to deliver long-lasting, flexible, and attractive finishes for exterior decks, walkways, and balconies in both residential and commercial settings. All balcony surfaces are mechanically abraded to achieve a clean and properly profiled surface, ensuring maximum adhesion and consistent results.

The system features a urethane-modified epoxy base that provides excellent strength and adhesion, topped with a water-based polyurethane multi-layer coating that offers superior flexibility, UV stability, and resistance to weathering. A light aggregate broadcast is included to enhance slip resistance and ensure safe, comfortable footing under various conditions. These coatings create a resilient, waterproof surface that accommodates thermal and structural movement while maintaining a clean, non-slip, and aesthetically pleasing finish.
